A Shaded Blackwork kit suitable for advanced stitchers.
 
The kit includes two pieces of Edinburgh linen sized for an 8" hoop, 3 weights of thread (stranded cotton, sewing cotton, gossamer silk), thread for tacking on, needles,  a copy pencil, grapite pencils (2B, 4B. 6B), an eraser and pencil sharpener, tissue and tracing paper, art paper and full written instructions.
 
The instructions also include a QR code with access to digital resources including the source image and timelapse videos of the sample piece being stitches for reference.
 
The kit does not include a sticth chart but takes you through the process of observation and sampling to allow you to interpret the base image to decide how to shade the image.
